科素亚、海捷亚的降压疗效对比及对尿酸的影响

目的本研究旨在对比评价海捷亚（氯沙坦钾/氢氯噻嗪）和科素亚（氯沙坦钾）治疗原发性高血压病的疗效及对尿酸的影响。方法60例原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症的门诊患者，被随机分入海捷亚组（氯沙坦钾/氢氯噻嗪），或科素亚组（氯沙坦钾100mg），每日服药一次。4周后观察血压、尿酸治疗前后的变化。结果两组血压均较药前显著下降。海捷亚有效率90%，较单纯科素亚组的80%高。科素亚组尿酸较治疗前明显下降，海捷亚治疗前后尿酸变化差异无显著性。结论氯沙坦钾片除了降压作用外，还有降尿酸作用。高血压合并高尿酸血症患者首选此药物。氯沙坦钾片和氢氯噻嗪联合使用治疗原发性高血压疗效比单用氯沙坦钾片好，可以作为社区门诊单一降压药控制不良的高血压患者首选。

Compare the Antihypertensive Effects of HYZZAR Versus COZAAR and the Effects on Uric Acid

Objective To compare the antihypertensive effects of HYZAAR （losartan 50mg＋hydrogenchlor othiazide 12.5mg）and COZAAR （Lorsartan） in clinic patients with hypertension complicating hyperuricemia. Methods 60 patients with hypertension complicating hyperuricemia were randomized into COZAAR group （n=30） and HYZAAR group （n=30）. The COZAAR group was treated with 100mg？d？1 losartan and the HYZAAR group （losartan 50mg＋hydrogenchlor othiazide 12.5mg） was treated with 1 tablet/d for 4 weeks respectively. The blood pressure and serum uric acid were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Both HYZAAR and COZAAR produced a signiifcant reduction in blood pressure （P〈0.01）. The efifcacy of HYZAAR was 90%（4 weeks）better than 80%in COZAAR. Serum uric acid after treatment in COZAAR group was decreased signiifcantly （P〈0.05）, while in HYZAAR group it had no statistical signiifcance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion HYZAAR and COZAAR are effective in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate hypertension. HYZAAR produces more effect than COZAAR. COZAAR reduces not only blood pressure but also serum uric acid.
