经皮微创内固定对胫骨Pilon骨折的疗效评价

目的：评价经皮微创内固定对胫骨Pilon骨折的疗效。方法：对延安大学附属医院骨科2008年10月至2010年11月收治的42例胫骨Pilon骨折患者进行分组治疗。结果：观察组术后踝关节评分优良率为81．0％，并发症发生率为9．5％；对照组优良率为61．9％，并发症发生率为28．6％，观察组术后踝关节评分明显优于对照组，且并发症发生率低于后者；观察组平均骨折愈合时间为（14．6±3．2）月，对照组为（17．1±4．6）月，观察组骨折愈合时间明显少于对照组。结论：经皮微创内固定能够有效改善胫骨Pilon骨折患者踝关节功能评分，缩短骨愈合时间，且并发症发生率低，是一种安全有效的治疗方式。

Evaluation of curative effect of minimally invasive percutaneous fixation of tibial Pilon fracture

Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of minimally invasive percutaneous fixation of tibial Pilon fracture. Methods： The treatment group in 42 cases of patients with tibia Pilon fracture in our hospital from October 2008 to November 2010. Results： The patients in the observation group ankle score the excellent and good rate was 81%, the incidence of complications was 9.5%; the control group, the excellent and good rate was 61.9%, the incidence of complications was 28.6%, the observation group postoperative anlde score was significantly better than the control group, and the complication rate was lower than the latter; observation group, the average healing time of （14.6__.3.2） months, the control group （17.1---4.6） months, fracture he~ing time of the observation group was significantly less than the control group. Conclusion： Minimally invasive percutaneous fixation can effectively improve the patients with fracture of tibial Pilon anlde function score, shorten the time of bone healing, and low rate of complications, is a safe and effective treatment modality.
