手术室护理中护理干预的应用价值

目的探讨手术室护理中护理干预的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院手术室2012年4月至2013年2月收治的100例患者的临床资料。结果观察组患者术前的正常状态发生率明显比对照组患者高，焦虑状态、恐惧状态发生率明显比对照组患者低，二者相比具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；观察组患者术中心率、收缩压、舒张压均明显比对照组患者低，心率和血压较平稳，二者相比具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；观察组患者术后对护理工作的满意度明显比对照组患者高，二者相比具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论手术室护理中护理干预能够有效改善患者的术前心理状态和术中各项生理指标，并显著提升患者术后对护理工作的满意度，具有较大的应用价值，值得在临床推广。

Application Value of Nursing Care Intervention in Operating Room

Objective To investigate the application value of nursing care intervention in operating room. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of patients were had been treated in our hospital operating room from April 2012 to February 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The preoperative normal state incidence rate was signiifcantly higher and the anxiety, fear state incidence rate were signiifcantly lower of patients in the observation group than those of patients in the control group, the differences were statisticly signiifcant（P〈0.05）;The intraoperative heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure of patients in the observation group were signiifcantly lower than those of patients in the control group, the heart rate and blood pressure were stable, the differences were statisticly signiifcant（P〈0.05）;The postoperative satisfaction rate to nursing job of patients in the observation group was signiifcantly higher than those of patients in the control group, the difference was statisticly signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing care intervention in operating room can effectively improve the patient＇s mental state before surgery and intraoperative physiological parameters, and signiifcantly improve postoperative satisfaction rate to nursing job, it has greater value, and deserves to be promoted in the clinical.
