临床检验中不合格血液标本的探讨分析

目的结合血液临床检验的实际经验，探讨分析临床检验中不合格血液标本的原因及应对措施。方法以2012年1月至20l2年6月在我院采集的460份血液作为研究对象，并对这些血液样品进行免疫、生化、血液细胞学检查。结果共收集460份血液标本，其中全血61份，血浆230份，血清169份。通过检验，查出有37份血液样本不合格，血液样品不合格率达到8.04%（37/460）。通过分析和总结不合格血液样品产生的不同原因，将其分为5类：溶血、抗凝剂使用不当、血液凝固、标本量不准及其他，这5类所占的比例分别为29.73%、21.62%、10.81%、32.43%、8.11%。结论在采集临床血液检测标本过程中，医护人员需要严格遵守标本采集规范，保证血液样本的质量，确保能够得到准确的血液检测结果，提高临床的诊断的正确性。

In Clinical Inspection is Unqualified, Analyzes Blood Specimens

Objective Combined with the practical experience of clinical blood test, analysis of the reason of the unqualiifed blood specimens in clinical examination and countermeasures. Methods From January 2012 to June 20l2 in our hospital 460 copies of blood collection as the object of study, and immune, blood biochemical, cytological examination of these blood samples. Results A total of 460 blood samples, including 61 copies 230 copies of whole blood, plasma, serum 169. Through the inspection, found to have 37 blood samples of blood sample unqualiifed, unqualiifed rate of 8.04%（37/460）. Through the analysis and summary of different reasons of unqualiifed blood samples were produced, will be divided into 5 categories：hemolysis, improper use of anticoagulants, blood coagulation, the specimen were not and other 5 categories, the proportion is respectively 29.73%, 21.62%, 10.81%, 32.43%, 8.11%. Conclusion In clinical blood samples collected in the process, health care workers should strictly abide by the collection standard, guarantee the quality of blood samples, make sure to get the blood test results accurately, improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
