重症监护室呼吸机相关性肺炎的护理体会

目的分析重症监护室（ICU）发生呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）的相关因素及相应护理对策。方法回顾分析2011年1月至2012年10月于本院住院治疗的70例重症监护室机械通气患者的临床资料，分析VAP危险因素以及制订相应护理对策。结果未发生VAP患者37例，发生VAP患者33例，机械通气时间、意识状态、误吸等与VAP发生有关。结论重症监护室VAP患者病死率高，临床需要针对重症监护室患者发生VAP的危险因素采取相应护理对策以减少VAP的发生，对于机械通气患者采取综合护理措施，规范呼吸机管路的管理、加强消毒隔离，避免声门下吸引防误吸等，对降低和控制呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生有积极意义。

Nursing Experience of Ventilator-associated Pneumonia in ICU

Objective To analyze the ICU （ICU） of ventilator-associated pneumonia （VAP） and the related factors and the corresponding nursing countermeasure. Methods From 2011 January to 2012 October, clinical data of 70 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU patients in our hospital, VAP analysis of risk factors and to formulate the corresponding nursing countermeasure. Results In 37 cases of VAP patients has not occurred, occurred in 33 patients of VAP, mechanical ventilation time, state of consciousness, such as aspiration associated with VAP development. Conclusion The ICU mortality rate was high in patients with VAP, the risk factors of VAP patients in the ICU to take appropriate countermeasures to reduce the occurrence of VAP clinical needs, comprehensive nursing measures for patients with mechanical ventilation ventilator pipe, standard management, strengthen the disinfection and isolation, avoid suction under glottis prevent aspiration, to decrease the and control of ventilator-associated pneumonia has positive signiifcance.
