摘    要:目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血清胱抑素C(CysC)在2型糖尿病(T2DM)早期肾损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法根据尿肾功能指标(包括尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、血清肌酐(SCr))把130例T2DM患者分为尿、肾功能正常组及尿、肾功能异常组各65例。并选择同期65例健康查体者做对照组。分别测定3组CysC、hs-CRP、Cr及尿mAlb水平。结果2型糖尿病患者hs-CRP及CysC的水平高于对照组,尿肾功异常组显著高于尿肾功正常组,且hs-CRP和CysC水平呈正相关。结论 hs-CRP及CysC可作为糖尿病肾病早期诊断的灵敏指标,联合检测更具有临床实用价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of the Combined measuring of high sensitivity C-reactive protein and serum cystatin C in type 2 diabetic mellitus(T2DM)patients with early renal injury. Methods According to urine renal function indice(including urinary microalbumin and serum creatinine),130 patients with T2DM were divided into Two groups:urine renal function normal group(n=65) and urine renal function abnormal group(n=65). 65 healthy patients were served as control group. The levels of serum hs-CRP, Cys C, Cr and urinary malb were measured. Results The levels of serum hs-CRP and Cys C in patients with T2DM were higher than those in control group(P〈0.01);while the levels of serum hs-CRP and Cys C in urine renal function abnormal group were signiifcantly increased than those in urine renal function normal group(P〈0.01).Hs-CRP was positively correlated with serum Cys C.Conclusion Hs-CRP and Cys C can be used as sensitive indice of diagnosing early renal damage in type2 diabetic mellitus.Combined measuring had more practical value.
