MR扩散加权成像在肝脏占位性病变中的应用

摘    要:目的本文主要研究DWI对鉴别肝脏良恶性病变的价值。方法收集院于2010年3月至2012年3月收治的120例治疗组肝脏占位性病变患者的临床资料,测定120例250个肝脏病在不同b值时同一病变信号强度、质量指数及信噪比的差异以及不同肝脏病变平均ADC的差异。结果肝癌DWI图像各b值时信号强度、信噪比、质量指数差异性很大,随b值增加而降低,各b值差异显著。两者比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肝癌实质区与坏死区平均ADC值,差异显著,有统计意义(P<0.01)。结论当b=500s/mm2适用于肝脏扩散加权成像b值,DWI值以及ADC值可以鉴别肝脏良恶性病变,鉴别肝癌的实质区和坏死区,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective This article main research DWI for the value of the identification of benign and malignant liver lesions can. Methods Collect hospital from March 2010 to March 2010 treated 120 cases of treatment group liver space-occupying lesions in patients with clinical data, measuring 120, 120 cases of liver disease in different b values the same pathological changes, quality index and SNR of the signal strength difference and the difference of different liver disease average ADC. Results The liver cancer DWI images can b value signal strength and signal to noise ratio, mass index difference is very big, decreased with increasing values of b, the b values differ signiifcantly. Both are signiifcant difference, statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05). Cancer of the liver parenchyma area and necrotic area average ADC values, signiifcant difference, statistically signiifcant (P〈0.01). Conclusion When b=500 s/mm2 was suitable for liver b value of diffusion weighted imaging, DWI and ADC values can can differentiate benign and malignant liver lesions, is worth promoting.
