多参数监护仪质量检测方法的分析研究

摘    要:目的:应用多参数监护仪的检测方法,对其临床使用中发现的问题进行分析解决,确保多参数监护仪使用中的质量安全。方法:按照JJG760—2003“心电监护仪检定规程”、军队试行的“多参数监护仪质量控制检测技术规范”,采用美国“FLUKE”患者模拟器对多参数监护仪进行检测。结果:通过定期检测,消除多参数监护仪的安全隐患,保障其在临床使用中的质量安全。结论:多参数监护仪的质量控制检测工作是医疗安全的重要组成部分,按时检测、及时修理能够确保多参数监护仪的量值准确、可靠,更好地服务于患者。

Analysis on multi-parameter monitor quality detection method

Abstract:Objective: To apply multi-parameter monitor detection method into practice, some problems could be find out and analyzed. Moreover, the quality safety of multi-parameter monitors can be guaranteed. Methods: According to JJG760-2003 verification regulation for electro cardiac monitor and multi-parameter monitor quality control detection technical specification (Trial), American fluke biomedical patient simulators can be used to detect the monitors. Results: through regular detection, not only can multi-parameter monitors' potential risk be eliminated but also quality safety of clinical use will be safeguarded. Conclusion: Quality control detection to multi-parameter monitors is an important component of medical safety. Detection on time and maintenance in time can ensure that the measurement size of monitors is correct and credible and these monitors serve the patients better.
