| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法对67例（77眼）慢性泪囊炎行鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术。随访观察1～1．5a。结果治愈69眼，好转5眼，无效3眼。有效率96．10％。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效好，手术创伤小，面部不留瘢痕，还可同期处理鼻腔疾病。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of dacryocystorhinostomy under intranasal endoscope for treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods Sixty seven patients(77 eyes)with chronic dacryocystitis were treated with dacryocystorhinostomy under intranasal endoscope,and were followed up for 1～1.5 years.Results 69 eyes were cured(89.61%),5 eyes achieved symptomatic relief(6.49%)and 3 eyes remained unchanged(3.90%),the effective rate was 96.10%.Conclusion Dacryocystorhinostomy under intranasal endoscope was proved to be effective for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis,with minimal surgery trauma and left no facial scar,furthermore.nasal disease may be treated at the sanle time. |
