腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期的观察及护理

<正>腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)具有创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快的特点,是目前手术治疗胆囊结石、胆囊息肉的首选方法[1]。95%的胆囊手术均可通过腹腔镜完成[2]。我院2007年-2008年行腹腔镜胆囊切除术120例,效果满意,现将护理体会介绍如下。

Comparision on Curative Effect of Mifepristone and Medroxy Progesterone Acetate in Treating Perimenopause Dysfunctinal Uterine Bleeding

Objective：To explore the curative effect of the using of mifepristone and medroxy progesterone acetate on perimenopause dysfunctinal uterine bleeding after diagnostic curettages.Methods：40 patients treated by mifepristone and 40 patients treated by medroxy progesterone acetate were selected for treating perimenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding after diagnostic curettages.Uterine bleeding and the thickness of endometrium and the variations of endocrine were observed during the drug-administering period and after the course of treatment ended.Results：Two groups＇s symptom of bleeding were controlled,cure rate of mifepristone was higher than the contrast group（P0.05）.The thickness of endometrium of two groups decreased after treating.Mifepristone group＇s curative effect of controlling endomcetrium hyperplasia was better than the the contrast group（P0.05）.Sex hormore including of FSH,LH,E2 and P decreased in mifepristone group after treatment.Contrast group＇s Sex hormore was not changed（P0.05）.Conclusion：Curative effect of mifepristone group is better than the contrast group in treatment of patients with perimenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding,it has significant effect to use mifepristone to induce amenorrhea.
