| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨湿性愈合疗法治疗慢性小腿和足部溃疡的疗效。方法:50例小腿和足部慢性溃疡共59处伤口,随机分为常规换药组和湿性换药组。湿性换药组采用湿性敷料和水胶体敷料进行换药治疗,常规换药组采用0.5%碘伏纱条进行换药,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:采用湿性换药的所有慢性溃疡均愈合,换药次数及换药的时间均明显低于常规的换药方法。结论:湿性愈合疗法治疗慢性溃疡明显优于常规换药方法,有较好的临床推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the effect of the therapeutic benefit moist wound healing therapy in chronic ulcer of lower limbs.Methods：There were a total of 50 patients who were evenly randomized into moist wound healing therapy or dry wound healing therapy group.Results：Compared with the dry wound healing therapy,the moist therapy could remarkably shorten the healing time and cost in the patients with lower limbs chronic ulcer.Conclusion：Moist wound healing therapy is an effective and be worth clinical spread application for chronic ulcer of lower limbs. |
