Excel电子表格在ELISA定量分析中的应用

摘    要:目的 为给实验室提供ELISA定量分析二次方函数数据处理方法。方法 应用Excel电子表格中的数据图表功能,根据标准点(OD值,标定值)绘制出抛物线型标准曲线,并显示相应方程式(Y=aX2+bX+c)。结果 依据所得方程式可由测定物的OD值(X)返回浓度值(Y)即可求得被测物的浓度。结论应用Excel电子表格绘制遵循二次方函数关系的标准曲线及求被测物浓度,为准确进行ELISA定量分析,使人工绘制非直线型标准曲线及查询测定物结果成为可能。

Abstract:Objective To provide data processing method with quadratic function in the ELISA quantitative analysis. Methods Paraloliec type standard cured line was protracted using the data drawing list function in Excel based on the standard point(OD values, labelled).Stimutely the equation was displayed(Y= aX2 + bX+ c). Results The sample's concentration can be caliberatc follew the gained equation. Conclusion The sample's concentration can be gotten through pictorialing paralolic type standard cured line useing the Excel. It's possible to protret misalignment standard cured line manually for the quantitative analysis in ELISA.
