输尿管中下段结石腹部超声检查的操作技巧探讨

目的探讨对输尿管中下段结石腹部超声检查的操作技巧。方法腹部超声诊断输尿管中下段结石采用吸气、收腹、重压探测、交替探测等方法。结果248例中,中段输尿管结石159例,占64%,下段输尿管结石89例,占36%。结论应用腹部探头扫查方便、实用、不受设备条件限制,只要掌握操作技巧,腹部探头同样能达到与腔内探头相同的效果。

Abdominal Ultrasonographic Skills in Diagnosis of Middle-lower Ureteral Calculi

Objective To evaluate the operational skills of abdominal ultrasonography in diagnosis of middle-lower ureteral calculi.Methods Inspiration,abdomen contraction,deeply press exploration and alternate exploration are adopted in abdominal ultrasonography to diagnose middle-lower ureteral calculi.Results Among the 248 patients,the calculus in the middle ureter were cases 159(64%),lower ureter 89(36%).Conclusions Abdominal ultrasonography is a simple and effective way,unlimited by equipments and apparatus.Abdominal ultrasonography is as good as endosonography,and is worthy of being used widely,when the operational skills are mastered.
