| 摘 要： | 目的 了解吸毒者中梅毒与HIV双重感染情况，为制定预防策略提供依据。方法 对在戒毒所的276名学员进行问卷调查了解他们的行为学的同时，采血进行梅毒和HIV抗体检测。结果 HIV抗体阳性检出率为21．7％，梅毒阳性检出率为7．2％。90．0％梅毒病人同时感染HIV。HIV感染者均有共用注射吸毒史，同时这些人多数有多性伴和性生活使用安全套低的危险行为。结论 吸毒人群除应重视HIV感染外，梅毒感染情况也应引起注意。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the double infection of HIV and Syphilis among drug addicts and to develop the policy of prevention and control. Methods 276 people were asked to finish a questionnaire, and their blood were collected for HIV antibody and syphilis antibody testing. Result The positive rates of HIV antibody and syphilis antibody are (21.7%) and 7.2% respectively. 90.0% syphilis cases are infected with HIV. Each HIV positive person has the history of sharing needle with other people and most of them have several sex partners and low rate of condom use. Conclusion More attention on must be paid syphilis infection besides HIV infection among drug addicts. |
