| 摘 要： | 报告1例马尔尼菲青霉病.患者男,62岁.因乏力6个月,全身出现包块,溃烂,结痂4个月余入院.皮下结节脓液真菌培养及皮损组织病理检查示马尔尼菲青霉感染.予以伊曲康唑、特比萘芬及两性霉素B治疗后病情好转.

| Abstract: | A 62-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of weakness of unknown origin for 6 months, modules and ulceration of the skin for 4 months. Culture of pus and exeisional biopsy examination was positive for Penicillium marne fret. The patient responded well after treating with itracomazolc, terbinafine and amphotericin B. |
