| 摘 要： | ①目的研究健康教育对2型糖尿病病人心理卫生状况的影响。②方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）分析健康教育前后2型糖尿病病人的心理卫生状况。③结果2型糖尿病病人抑郁因子分、焦虑因子分、恐怖因子分、总分、躯体化因子分、人际关系敏感因子分与国内常模相比，差异具有显著性（t=2．45～9．57，P〈0．01、0．05）；健康教育后病人抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、躯体化、人际关系敏感等因子分与治疗前比较明显下降（t=1．98～3．56，P〈0．05）。④结论2型糖尿病病人存在心理卫生问题，健康教育能够明显改善其心理卫生状况。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study the effect of health education on psychological health in patients with type 2 diabetes. MethodsPatients with type 2 diabetes were scored according to symptom self-assessment scale(SCL-90) before and after health education.ResultsThe study showed that factor-scores of depression, anxiety, fear, total scores and sensitivity-scores of somatization, personal relationship in diabetes group were higher than those in normal group (t=2.45-9.57;P<0.01, 0.05). After the education, all the scores mentioned above decreased significantly (t=1.98-3.56,P<0.05).ConclusionPsychological problems exist in patients with type 2 diabetes. Health education may obviously improve their psychological health. |
