摘    要:目的:采用正交设计法对格拉司琼巴布剂基质处方进行优化。方法:通过正交设计,以影响巴布剂物理性状的几种主要辅料为考察因素,以各种辅料不同用量为考察水平,以成型巴布剂基质的快黏力和内聚力为指标,通过对数据的分析,优选出最佳的基质配方。结果:优化的基质配方为部分中和聚丙烯酸钠.氢氧化钙.聚乙烯吡洛烷酮-甘油(1:0.15:4:4)。结论:优化处方具有良好的涂展性、保湿性,且黏着力适中。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the matrix components of granisetron hydrochloride (GRN) cataplasma formulation. Methods; Four matrix agents were compared based on the several physicochemi-cal indexes including adhesion force and cohesive force. Subsequently, the matrix components of GRN cataplasma were optimized by means of orthogonal design. Results; The optimal proportion of the matrix components was made from partial neutralization sodium polyacrylate: calcium hydroxide: polyvinylpyrroli-done: glycerin (1:0. 15:4=4) , which showed moderate viscosity with good spreadable and humectant capacities. Conclusion; The optimal formulation of CRN cataplasma was attainable.
