| 摘 要： | 超声方法评价骨质状况及诊断骨质疏松症是近年来医学超声领域内的研究前沿，并已取得了较大的进展。本文将近年来超声纵波评价松质骨和超声轴向传播技术评价皮质骨以及超声诊断质疏松症的研究进展进行综述，在此基础上提出了当前研究中存在的主要问题及努力的方向。

| Abstract: | Ultrasound has become a widely suggested noninvasive tool for the assessment of bone status and diagnosis of osteoporosis, which has been developping rapidly these years. This paper introduced the most recent development in the field of assessment of bone status and osteoporosis with ultrasound, including assessment of cancellous bone with longituginal ultrasound, assessment of cortical bone with ultrasonic axial transmission technique. Besides, their performances in assessment of bone status are analyzed, their limitations are pointed out and some suggestions are proposed for further research. |
