| 摘 要： | 目的 评价近5年来国内原发性胆汁性肝硬化熊去氧胆酸联合中药治疗的临床疗效与安全性.方法 选用中国知识资源总库（CNKI）、维普中文期刊数据库（VIP）、万方学术期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统（CBM）等作为资料源,对其2008年3月-2013年3月正式刊载的且Jadad量表评分2分以上的8篇熊去氧胆酸联合中药治疗疗效的随机对照试验（RCT）文献进行Meta分析,Jadad量表评分2分以上的8篇进行ALP的Meta分析,7篇进行GGT的Meta分析、6篇进行TBIL的Meta分析.结果 熊去氧胆酸联合中药治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化疗明显高于对照组,且生化指标较对照组明显的下降.结论 熊去氧胆酸联合中药治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化具有潜在的优势.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate clinical effects and safety of integrated UDTA and traditional Chinese of primary biliiary cirrhosis in 5 years in domestic. Methods Literatures in periodical of CNK, VIP, Wan Fang, CBM, etc, were chosen from 2008 - 2013, which got 2 or more points after Jadad scale score of randomized controlled trials of primary biliiary cirrhosis and then to Meta-analysis. Results The clinical effects in UDTA and integrated traditional Chinese medicine of primary biliiary cirrhosis were higher than control group and biochemical indicator were lower than control group. Conclusion Using UDTA and traditional Chinese of primary biliiary cirrhosis were proved the clinical effects and safety. |
