胃癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子家族浓度与肿瘤分期及术后复发的关系研究

目的 了解胃癌患者血清中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）家族的浓度与肿瘤TNM分期及术后复发的关系.方法 前瞻性地收集了一组接受根治性手术的胃癌患者（n=84）及健康对照者（n=30）外周血血清,使用EHSA法检测血清中VEGF-A、VEGF-C、VEGF-D和胎盘生长因子（PLGF）的浓度,了解这些细胞因子浓度与肿瘤分期及术后复发的关系.结果 胃癌患者外周血VEGF-A和PLGF浓度显著高于对照组,VEGF-D浓度则显著低于对照组.VEGF-A和PLGF浓度与患者的肿瘤分期相关,且VEGF-A或PLGF高浓度的患者术后复发率显著高于低浓度的患者.结论 测定胃癌患者术前外周血VEGF-A和PLGF浓度有助于辅助临床分期并提供预后信息.

Correlations of serum concentrations of vascular endothelial growth factor family and tumor stage and tumor recurrence after curative resection of gastric carcinoma

Objective To investigate the correlations of serum concentrations of vascular endo- thelial growth factor（ VEGF） family and tumor stage and tumor recurrence after curative resection for pa- tients with gastric carcinoma. Methods The preoperative serum of gastric carcinoma patients （ n = 84） and healthy controls （ n = 30 ） were prospectively collected. Serum concentrations of VEGF-A, VEGF-C, VEGF- D, and placental growth factor （PLGF） were detected by ELISA. The correlations of these factors, tumor stage and tumor recurrence were analyzed. Results The average levels of VEGF-A and PLGF were signif- icantly higher in the patients,whereas the average level VEGF-D was lower. VEGF-A and PLGF were relat- ed with the tumor stage. Patients with higher serum VEGF-A or PLGF had later tumor stages and higher re- currence rates after curative surgery. Conclusion Serum levels of VEGF-A and PLGF could help the clin- ical staging of gastric cancer and provide prognostic values.
