东莞市手足口病的临僦及高洲危险因素分析

目的：探讨东莞市手足口病的临床特征及影响手足口病发生的危险因素。方法选择来我本院就诊的手足口病患儿118例为研究对象，同时选择100例来自东莞市10个街道正常儿童为正常对照。归纳分析患儿的临床特征，并进行问卷调查，采用Logistic回归方法进行高危人群危险因素分析。结果本组118例患儿年龄7个月～11岁，中位年龄2.6岁，男72例，女46例，患儿发热106例（89.8%），全部患儿均有皮疹，病原学实验总检测阳性率为47.5%（56/118）。多因素Logistic回归分析发现影响手足口病发生的独立危险因素有就诊前10d内与类似症状者接触史、游乐园接触史、饭前便后洗手习惯、家中养猫、家长对手足口病的了解程度。结论就诊前10d内与类似症状者接触史、游乐园接触史、饭前便后洗手习惯、家中养猫、家长对手足口病的了解程度是影响手足口病患儿发病的独立危险因素，其中家长对手足口病的了解程度、家中养猫、饭前便后洗手习惯是手足口病患儿发病保护因素。

The clinical characteristics and risk factors of hand-foot-mouth disease in Dongguan

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and the risk factors of hand-foot-mouth disease in Dongguan. Methods 118 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease were chosen in our hospital as study group,at the same time 100 normal children were chosen from Dongguan streets as control group. The clinical features of hand-foot-mouth disease were analyzed,and the risk factors were analyzed by Logistic regression method.Results The ages of 118 cases were 7 months to 11 years old,the median age was 2.6 years old.72 cases is male and 46 cases is female. There were 106 cases （89.8%） with fever.All cases have a rash and the positive rate of etiology experimental were 47.5%（56/118）.The related factors by Logistic analysis were as follows：the history of contacting with similar symptoms in the first 10 d,amusement park contact,wash your hands before the rice and after empress,having a cat in the house, the degree of parents understanding of hand-foot-mouth disease. Conclusion The history of contacting with similar symptoms in the first 10 d, amusement park contact,wash your hands before the rice and after empress, having a cat in the house, the degree of parent＇sunderstanding of hand-foot-mouth disease were risk factors which influence hand-foot-mouth disease,and the degree of parents＇ understanding of hand-foot-mouth disease,having a cat in the house, wash your hands before the rice and after empress were protection factors of hand-foot-mouth disease.
