兔血清TC、TG、HDL、LDL影响的研究

目的 :探讨宽胸丹胶囊 (药物 :瓜蒌、陈皮、枳实、川芎、水蛭、苍术等 )对动脉粥样硬化兔血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)的影响。方法 :取健康新西兰纯种大耳白兔 4 0只 ,随机分为 5组 ,即空白组、模型组、宽胸丹大剂量组、宽胸丹小剂量组、多烯康组 ,每日喂养相应的正常、造模或含药饲料 ,4 0d后 ,测定血清TC、TG、HDL、LDL的含量。结果 :模型组与正常组有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,宽胸丹大、小剂量组均能明显降低TC、TG、LDL ,较模型组有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,大剂量组能明显升高HDL(P <0 .0 5 ) ,且在改善TC、TG、LDL方面 ,优于多烯康组 (P <0 .0 5 )。提示宽胸丹胶囊具有减轻动脉粥样硬化程度、防治冠心病的作用 ,此作用可能与其升高HDL、降低TC、TG、LDL有关。

Effects of Kuanxiongdan Capsule on Serum TC, TG HDL LDL of Rabbits with Atheroscleorsis

Purpose: To observe the effects of Kuanxiongdan Capsule (ingredients: Mongolian snakegourd, tangerine peel, immature bitter orange, Chuanxiong rhizome, leech, atractylodes rhizome, etc.) on serum total cholesterol (TC) , triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotine (HDL), low density lipoprotine (LDL) of rabbits with atheroscleorsis. Method: Forty healthy New Zealand big-eared white rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups: the normal group, the modeled group, the large dosage of Kuanxiongdan Capsule group, the small dosage of Kuanxiongdan Capsule group and the Polyene Kang group. After being fed corresponding quantity of animal feed with drugs for forty days, the content of serum TC, TG, HDL, LDL were tested. Results: There was a great difference (P<0.05) between the modeled group and the normal group. The content of TC, TG, LDL was decreased obviously in both the large dosage group and the small dosage group, which was remarkably different from the modeled group (P<0.05). The content of HDL was obviously increased in the large dosage group, and in the improvement of TC,TG,LDL, the large dosage group was superior to the Polyene Kang group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Kuanxiongdan capsule can relieve the atheroscleorsis degree and prevent and treat coronary heart disease, which may relate to its function of increasing HDL and decreasing TC,TG,LDL.
