| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中国文化背景下护士心理契约的内容和结构维度。方法自编护士心理契约调查问卷，通过便利抽样与随机整群抽样结合的方法抽取我国华中、华东、华南等地区9所不同等级和性质医院的182名在编护士进行横断面调查，并进行探索性因素分析及信度、效度分析。结果护士心理契约中的医院责任和护士责任分别由20个项目和17个项目组成，均由3个因子构成，分别命名为现实责任、发展责任和团队责任；医院责任和护士责任的累积方差累积贡献率分别达61．473％和60．684％；护士心理契约中的医院责任和护士责任均具有良好的同质性信度、分半信度和重测信度及结构效度、内容效度和校标关联效度。结论护士心理契约包括医院责任和护士责任两方面，各由3个维度构成，即现实责任、发展责任和团队责任，且问卷具有良好的心理测量学特征。
