消脂饮治疗高脂血症性脂肪肝实验研究

摘    要:目的 探讨消脂饮防治高脂血症性脂肪肝作用及其作用机制。方法 采用高脂乳剂复制大鼠高脂血症性脂肪肝模型,实验分为正常组、模型组、消脂饮高剂量组和低剂量组,以东宝肝泰对照组。以高、低剂量消脂饮和东宝肝泰进行干预,然后测定各组大鼠血脂、肝脂含量,及肝中超歧物过氧化物酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 与模型组相比,用药各组大鼠血清和肝中TC、TG和LDL,肝MDA含量均明显降低,而肝SOD活性明显升高。结论 消脂饮可明显提高大鼠SOD活性,降低血脂及肝脂含量,降低MDA含量,提示该药物能够清除自由基,提高机体抗氧化能力。

Abstract:Aim To explore the possible role of Xiao-Zhi Potion in the treatment of fatty liver with hyperlipidemia.Methods We duplicated fatty liver in hyperlipidemia animal model with high fat emulsion,divided the rats into model group,high dose group,low dose group,DongBaoGanTai group and normal control group randomly.Each treatment group was intervened by its own medicine,then the biochemical changes in the blood serum and liver,and the SOD activity and the MDA content in liver were tested in all groups.Results Compared with the model group,the TC,TG and LDL levels in rat's serum and liver were reduced remarkably,the MDA content was much lowered and the SOD activity was increased remarkably in the liver of each treatment group.Conclusion Xiao-Zhi Potion has the effect of increasing the SOD activity,and reducing MDA contents remarkably.It shows that the solution can remove the free radical and enhance body's capability of anti-oxidation.
