加味四妙汤治疗痛风性关节炎40例临床研究

目的观察加味四妙汤对痛风性关节炎患者的临床疗效及对血尿酸(UA)的影响。方法将80例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,治疗组口服加味四妙汤,对照组口服别嘌醇片,两组均在治疗1周后观察临床疗效,治疗2周后观察UA、血脂变化。结果治疗组的临床愈显率65.0%,总有效率85.0%,明显优于对照组的42.5%和72.5%(P<0.01);在降低UA和血脂方面也明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论加味四妙汤能明显改善痛风性关节炎的症状、体征,并降低UA和血脂水平,是治疗痛风性关节炎的有效方剂。

A Clinical Study of Supplemented Simiao Decoction for 40 Cases of Gouty Arthritis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Supplemented Simiao Decoction for gouty arthritis and its effect on blood uric acid (UA). Methods Totally 80 cases of gouty arthritis were randomly and equally divided into two groups. Supplemented Simiao Decoction was used in treatment group, while Allopurinol in control group. The therapeutic effect of both groups was observed after one-week's treatment, while level of UA and blood fat was observed after two-week's treatment. Results The markedly and total effective rates of treatment group were 65.0% and 85.0% respectively, which were superior to 42.5% and 72.5% of control group (P<0.01). UA and blood fat decreased significantly in treatment group as compared with control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion Supplemented Simiao Decoction is effective for gouty arthritis as relieving symptoms and signs significantly and reducing the level of UA and blood fat.
