老年2型糖尿病患者合并抑郁症的临床调查

目的 调查老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者抑郁症的患病率及相关因素.方法 对128名老年T2DM患者采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评价,分为抑郁症组与非抑郁症组,记录两组患者的年龄、性别、体质量指数(BMI)、病程、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、并发症,并进行对比.结果 该项调查中抑郁症患病率为36.7％,抑郁症组患者BMI、FBG、HbA1c、病程、并发症数目均高于非抑郁症组(P＜0.05).结论 抑郁症在老年T2DM患者中发病率高,对血糖控制度预后具有不良影响.

Clinical investigation of elderly type 2 diabetic patients complicated by depression

Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of depression in elderly diabetic patients and related factors.Methods 128 old patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) were interviewed by the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and devided into the depression group and the non-depression group.Their age,sex,BMI,course,FBG,HbA1c and diabetic complications were recorded and contrasted.Results The prevalence rate of depression in elderly T2DM patients was 36.7% in the survey.The BMI,FBG,HbA1c,course and the number of complications in the depression group were higher than those in the non-depression group(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence rate of depression in elderly patients with T2DM is higher than that of normal population.Depression has adverse effect upon the control of blood glucose and prognosis.
