原发性干燥综合征肝损误诊为病毒性肝炎

目的 报告１６例原发性干燥综合征（pSS)合并肝脏损害患误诊为病毒性肝炎,方法 收集这１６例p^ＳＳ患的临床资料并进行总结。结果 １６例患均以肝功能异常起病,部分患得合并其他脏器受器,经检查确诊为pSS,这些患得中抗线粒体抗体（ＡＭＡ）的阳性率较高,肝脏病理检查大多数为慢性活动肝炎表现。结论 pSS的肝损与病毒性肝损有不同特点。以胆管酶升高为主,治疗也与病毒性肝炎不同。

Primary Sjogren's SyndromeComplicating with Liver Damage Misdiagnosed as Virus Hepatitis

Objective To report the 16 cases of primary sjogren's syndrome(pSS)complicating with liver damage misdiagnosed as virus hepatitis.Methods To collect the clinical data of 16 cases with pSS.Results Liver function abnormality was the beginning symptom in all patients,some accompanied with other organs damage,and all patients were diagnosed as pSS in the end.All the patients were treated with steriod and/or immune suppressor.Antimitrochondria antibody was closely related with live damage.Liver biopsy showed no obvious differentiation with virus hepatitis.Conclusions The liver damage and it's therapy are different between pSS and virus hepatitis.
