不同剂量硝酸甘油对妊娠大鼠血压的影响

目的 硝酸甘油作为一种一氧化氮（NO）的供体，已被应用于产科临床。本文探讨不同剂量硝酸甘油对妊娠大鼠血压变化的影响。方法 妊娠7－17天之SD大鼠，每日一次口腔滴予硝酸甘油混悬液，剂量分别为0．025mg/kg体重、0.85mg/kg体重、8.5mg/kg体重，生理盐水对照。同样设未妊娠大鼠各剂量组。给药后30min、60min、120min用尾套法测定血压。结果 给药后30min各组血压下降，妊娠组降低幅度较大，低剂量组60min血压回升，而两高剂量组血压回升缓慢。结论 应用常规较低剂量硝酸甘油对孕母血压的影响在安全范围，不会导致母体血压过度、持续低值而影响胎盘灌注量和胎儿血供。

Effect of Different Concentration Nitroglycerin in Blood Pressure on Pregnant Rat

Objective To investigate the effect of different concentration nitroglycerin in Blood Pressure on pregnant rat. Methods Pregnant and nonpregnant SD rats were orally treated with nitroglycerin once a day for ten days. The doses of nitroglycerin were selected 0 025 mg/kg(as normal clinical used dose),0 85 mg/kg(100 times of ordinally dose),and 8.5 mg/kg(1000 times of ordinary dose). Blood pressure was measured at 30 minutes,60 minutes and 120 minutes after orally administration. Results The blood pressure were significantly decreased at 30 minutes after treatment. The decreased range of blood pressure in pregnant rats was larger than that in nonpregnant rats. The blood pressure reversed at 60 minutes after treatment in the lowest concentration group, while it raised slowly in another two concentration groups. Conclusion It was safety to treat the pregnant with normal concentration of nitroglycerin during necessary. This kind of treatment should not induce the hypopiesia that affect the placenta infusion and the fetal blood supply.
