中医治疗结直肠癌术后化疗患者临床分析

目的探讨中医预防和治疗结直肠癌术后化疗并发症的临床效果。方法244例A-C期结直肠癌根治术后化疗患者随机分为：A组146例术后正常进食后即加以扶正固本、培补脾肾、补益气血,祛毒抗癌之中药至第1次化疗结束后第5天,以后每次化疗前3d开始服用上述中药至化疗结束后第5天;B组98例则单纯常规化疗及对症支持治疗。比较两组患者在化疗前后、化疗期间、全程化疗结束后半年内的体重变化、脱发情况、胃肠道反应、白细胞减少、复发及远处转移等的变化情况。结果A组患者在体重下降、脱发情况、胃肠道反应、白细胞减少程度明显低于B组（P〈0.005～0.010）,而两者在复发及远处转移方面无明显差异。结论结直肠癌术后化疗患者加以中药治疗可明显减少手术及化疗所致的各种并发症、副作用,但不能减少复发及远处转移。

Effects of TCM in Treatment of Post-op Colorectal Cancer

Objective To investigate the effect of TCM on complications of chems in post-op colorectal cancer. Methods The 244 chems patients post radical resection of colorectal carcinoma were randomly divided two groups：group A（146 patients） was additional given TCM of supporting healthy energy, reinforcing spleen and kidney,invigorating Qi and blood, dispelling toxin and anticancer till the fifth day after the first chems when patients can take food after operation, afterward every time given TCM from the third day before ehems to the fifth day after chems;Group B （98 patients ） was only given rout cbems and supportive treatment. At circa chems,in the duration of chems and half a year after whole chems, analyzed the two groups patients＇ conditions in body weight change, alopecie, gastrointestinal tract reactions, aleucocytosis, palindromia, distant place aversion. Results According to χ^2 test, the degree change in body weight change, Alopecie, gastrointestinal tract reaction, aleucocytosis and palindromia in group A was obviously less than that in group B,in palindromia and distant place aversion, group A was not so good than group B. Conclusion Adding the ehems patients post resection of colorectal carcinoma TCM can decrease complication, adverse reaction, but can＇ t decrease palindrornia and distant place aversion.
