| 摘 要： | <正> 湖北省某化工厂系利用磷矿石生产普通过磷酸钙肥料的工厂。生产过程中有氟化氢和四氟化硅气体产生,污染环境。该厂又利用氟硅酸作原料,生产四氟硅酸钠杀虫剂。生产过程中有大量氟化物粉尘逸出,危害工人身体健康。为了了解氟作业工人体内氟蓄积的程度,该厂与武汉医学院曾对有关车间的氟作业工人的尿氟排泄规律进行过调查。基本情况是,当地对照组尿氟正常值是1.14mg/L(1.0459～1.2361),而氟作业工人尿氟平均含量为2.00mg/L,大都超过正常值,差别有显著性。

STUDIES ON HAIR FLUORIDE CONTENTS OF FLUORIDE WORKERS |

| Abstract: | 127 fluoride workers and 109 controls were studied of their hair fluoride contents by Fluoride Ion-Selectrode. The median±standard error of hair fluoride contents of fluoride workers and controls were 311.79±66.29ppm, 8.38±0.49ppm, respectively, with statistically signiticant ditference (P<0.01) . Collecting hair samples is simple and easy to be accepted by the fluoride workers. Therefore, sampling hair for measure the hair fluoride contents may be a way to estimate the fluoride accumulation in human body better than that of sampling urine. |
