| 摘 要： | 测定36例白血病患者血清总唾液酸 TSA 和脂质结合唾液酸 LSA 的动态变化。22例白血病患者血清 TSA 和 LSA 水平在化疗开始后下降并逐渐恢复正常范围,14例患者化疗效果较差或无效,白血病血清 TSA 和血清 LSA 水平持续升高或反复波动。我们认为血清 TSA 和血清 LSA 连续测定对评定白血病患者的病情疗效及预后有一定临床价值。

| Abstract: | The changes of the concentrations of the serum total salivary acid(TSA)and liposalivary acid(LSA)of 36 cases with leukemia were measured.The results showed that af- ter the chemotherapy,the concentrations of serum TSA and LSA decreased and then became slowly normal in 22 of 36 cases.The concentrations of the serum TSA and LSA of the others whose curative effects was poor or no avail increased continuedly or fluctuated repeatedly.It was thought that the continuous measurement of the serum TSA and LSA was important to evaluate the curative effects and prognoses. |
