| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨根治性全胃切除术后早期肠内营养(early enteral nutrition,EEN)的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2001~2007年根治性全胃切除术后早期肠内营养和肠外营养(total parenteral nutrition,TPN)的临床资料。其中,29例给予EEN,27例术后第1天开始给予TPN。结果:EEN组术后平均住院日、并发症发生率均低于TPN组(P<0.01)。营养支持后EEN组血清总蛋白、白蛋白水平与TPN组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:根治性全胃切除术后早期肠内营养比肠外营养优越,可减少并发症的发生,缩短住院日。
