厦门市中医院病区西药房2011-2013年中药注射剂使用分析

目的：了解厦门市中医院病区西药房中药注射剂的使用情况，促进临床合理用药。方法：采用Microsoft Excel表，对该院2011-2013年各类中药注射剂的销售金额及用量进行统计；另对各类药品的用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDC）及销售金额与DDDs的排序比（B/A）进行分析。结果：3年中，该院中药注射剂的总销售金额逐年增加，品种数量较稳定，个别品种的销售金额与DDDs的排序比值小于1。其中，活血类中药注射剂的品种数及销量均排在第1位；销售金额及DDDs居优势地位的单品种是红花黄色素注射液，而注射用益气复脉的DDC最高。结论：对中药注射剂的使用应重视监管，加强此类药有效性、安全性的研究和评价，以减少药品不良反应的发生。

Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in the Inpatient Pharmacy of Xiamen Hospital of Tradition-al Chinese Medicine from 2011 to 2013

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the use of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）injections in Xiamen Municipal Hospi-tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine to promote clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS：Using Microsoft Excel,the use of TCM injections in this hospital between 2011 and 2013 were analyzed statistically with regard to consumption sum and its order,DDDs and its order,DDC and the ratio of B/A. RESULTS：The total consumption sum of TCM injections in this hospital increased year by year,yet the number of varieties were stable in the 3 years. The order ratio of consumption sum to DDDs of certain drug was less than 1. The TCM injections for activating blood took the lead in terms of number of varieties and consumption amount with Saf-flower yellow injection topping the list in terms of consumption sum and DDDs. The DDC of Yiqifumai for injection was the high-est. CONCLUSIONS：It is necessary to tighten control on the use of TCM injections and strengthen evaluation on their efficacy and safety so as to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
