上海交通大学医院院附属新华医院崇明分院门诊药物咨询服务工作的现状调查分析

目的：了解我院门诊药房的药物咨询情况，提升门诊药房的药学服务水平，促进临床合理用药。方法：对我院2012年12月至2014年4月药物咨询室的咨询记录进行回顾性分析。结果：咨询者年龄以50岁以上为主，占44.80％；咨询者以患者及其家属居多，占90.90％；咨询的内容广泛，以用法与用量为主（占50.50％），其次为不良反应（占11.75％）；咨询的药物类型主要有循环系统用药（占23.70％），其次为抗感染用药（占22.90％）以及皮肤科用药（占21.60％）。结论：开展门诊用药咨询服务，有助于提高药学监护水平，促进临床合理用药。

Status Quo of the Outpatient Drug Counseling Services in Chongming Branch of Xinhua Hospital Affiliat-ed to School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiaotong University

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the drug counseling service in outpatient department of our hospital so as to enhance the pharmaceutical care level and promote clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS：We retrospectively analyzed the drug counseling records in our hospital from Dec. 2012 to April 2014. RESULTS：The subjects seeking for counseling service aged above 50 years took the lead （44.80%）,with patients and patients’family members took the lead （90.90%）. The questions were inclusive with the question of usage and dosage showing the highest proportion（50.50%）followed by adverse drug reactions（11.75%）. Circula-tory system drugs were most frequently consulted,accounting for 23.70%,followed by anti-infective drugs（22.90%）and the der-matological drugs （21.06%）. CONCLUSIONS：Drug counseling service is conducive to the improvement of pharmaceutical care and the rational use of drugs.
