| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨消化道出血的血管造影阳性发现率及介入治疗的疗效评价。方法 对21例消化道出血进行血管造影检查，对有阳性发现的病例行栓塞治疗或药物灌注治疗。结果21例动脉造影阳性发现16例，发现率76％。对10例行栓塞治疗，栓塞成功止血率100％，6例行药物灌注止血，3例止血，3例48h后再出血，行外科手术治疗。结论 动脉血管造影为消化道出血的有效检查方法，介入治疗为消化道出血止血的非手术性重要手段之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effects of angiography and intervention in the treatment of hemorrhage of digestive tract.Methods 21 cases of hemorrhage of digestive tract received angiography.The positive cases were treated with embolism or perfusion of drugs.Results 16 cases in 21 cases(76%) were found to be positive.10 cases of them were treated with embolism and the rate of hemostasis was 100%.The other 6 cases underwent perfusion of drug.3 cases got complete hemostasis,and the other 3 cases suffered rebleeding 48 hours later and then underwent surgical treatments.Conclusion Angiography plays an important role in the detecation of hemorrhage of digestive tract.Intervention has been proven to be an important means of hemorrage of digestive tract. |
