| 摘 要： | 目的探讨植入式左心室辅助装置山羊手术对管理要求的特殊性。方法依照实验动物管理条例的要求,针对手术动物的特性,制定了围术期环境控制和术后特殊维护的管理措施。结果通过科学严谨的管理实践,成功实施10例山羊植入式左心辅助装置(LVAD)手术。结论加强山羊植入式左心室辅助装置手术的管理工作可确保手术的正常运行。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore particular management requirement on goats＇ experimental implantation of left ventricular assist device（ LVAD）. Method Considering with the characteristics of the animals and in accordance with the requirements of the regulations on the administration of experimental animals, the managements were formulated on aspects of the perioperative environmental control and postoperative special care. Result through rigorous scientific management practices, successfully implement 10 cases of goats implantable left ventricular assist device （LVAD） surgery. Conclusion To strengthen the management of the goat implantable left ventricalar assist device surgery to ensure the normal operation of the surgery. |
