胃动汤对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者 胃动素胃泌素的影响

目的] 观察以陈皮、木香、枳实、香附为组方的胃动汤对糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)的临床疗效及对胃动素和胃泌素的影响。方法] 选择60例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分组, 其中30例予降糖治疗加中药治疗(治疗组),30例予降糖治疗加多潘立酮治疗(对照组),观察两组临床疗效、胃排空时间变化和胃动素、胃泌素变化。结果] 治疗组治愈率为66.67%,对照组治愈率为36.66%(P<0.01);总有效率治疗组为93.33%,对照组为63.33%(P<0.01);治疗组胃排空改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血浆胃动素水平明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清胃泌素水平较治疗前明显增高(P<0.05).结论] 胃动汤治疗DGP,能改善患者胃动素和胃泌素水平, 缩短胃排空时间, 缓解临床症状, 提高生活质量。

Effect of Weidong decoction on motilin and gastrin in patients with diabetic gastroparesis

Objective] To investigate the clinical effects of Weidong decoction (WDT) composed of Chen pi, Mu xiang, Zhi shi, Xiang fu in treating diabetic gastroparesis. Methods] Sixty patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly assigned to 2 groups. The 30 patients in the treatment group were given with Chinese medicine decoction and the 30 patients in the control group with glucose-lowering treatment and metoclopramide. The clinical efficacy and the changes in level of gastric emptying rate were observed. Results] WDT showed significant effects in improving clinical symptoms of patients,decreasing gastric emptying time,and was beneficial for controlling blood sugar. The curative rate and total effective rate in the treated group were 66.67% and 93.33% respectively,significantly different to those in the control group 36.66% and 63.33%(P<0.01). The levels of plasma motilin and serum gastrin were improved better in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion] WDT is effective in improving the level of gastrointestinal hormones, shortening gastric emptying time and releasing clinical symptoms.
