急性胃炎80例中医证候辨证规律的临床研究

目的] 运用临床流行病学调研方法, 借助现代多元数据挖掘技术, 探索急性胃炎的中医证候分布规律。方法] 采用临床流行病学调查方法, 对80例急性胃炎患者的临床资料进行因子分析。结果] 研究中采用因子分析方法, 得出急性胃炎基本中医证候为4类:类脾胃寒热错杂证、类脾胃虚寒证、类胃热炽盛证、类肝胃不和证;得出证型分布情况, 所占比例大小依次为类脾胃寒热错杂证、类脾胃虚寒证、类胃热炽盛证、类肝胃不和证。结论] 在研究的过程和结果中可以发现现代的数据挖掘技术在中医证候辨证规范标准的研究中可以提供更科学、更合理的方法, 并且能从不同角度解释疾病的证候本质, 从而为临床的诊断和治疗提供有力的科学依据。

Clinical research of TCM syndromes differentiation in 80 patients with acute gastritis

Objective] Using the method of clinical epidemiological investigation to collect data of syndrome of patients with acute gastritis and with the help of the modern metadata technique to explore the regulation of TCM syndromes in acute gastritis. Methods] Researcher collected 80 patients with acute gastritis, and recorded the patient's clinical data, including general condition and diagnostic information. Adopting factor analysis the clinical data was analyzed. Results] In the research we adopted factor analysis to classify the 80 cases into four groups. They were spleen likeness and stomach cold-heat complicated syndrome, likeness weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome, likeness stomach excessive heat syndrome, likeness incoordination between the liver and stomach syndrome. According to the condition of distribution of syndrome it was suggested that the most syndrome was spleen likeness and stomach cold-heat complicated syndrome. Next were likeness weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome, likeness stomach excessive heat syndrome, likeness incoordination between the 1iver and stomach syndrome. Conclusion] Through the process and result of research, we find that the modern metadata technique can provide more scientific and rational method in the study of TCM syndrome differentiation standard, and explain the syndrome essence of disease and so provide evidence to determine the treatment and diagnosis.
