| 摘 要： | 通过对历版《中医诊断学》教材对缓脉论述进行分析,指出缓脉原为病脉,并无生理性病理性之分,对平缓脉和病缓脉的认识属于概念上的混乱。缓脉由双因素构成,即脉率一息四至,脉势松弛、懈怠,临床主湿病和脾胃虚弱。

| Abstract: | By comparing and analyzing the records of slow pluse in various editions of Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is indicated that slow pluse pertains to abnormal pluse, and there is no physiological or pathological divide in slow pluse. The so-called normal slow pluse and morbid one belong to a conceptual confusion. The slow pluse is characterized by two factors, including four pulsations in a breath, flaccidity and lassitude, and it suggests dampness and deficiency of spleen and stomach. |
