血脂康胶囊治疗高脂血症60例临床观察

目的]观察血脂康胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法]将120例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例。治疗组用血脂康胶囊,对照组用辛伐他汀治疗,8周为1个疗程。结果]治疗组总有效率为71.7%,对照组总有效率为75%,两组总有效率经统计学处理,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组的调节血脂作用中降低总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平]与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论]血脂康胶囊治疗高脂血症疗效较好。

Clinical observation of Xuezhikang on 60 cases with HLP

Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Xuezhikang on hyperlipoidemia. Methods] The 120 cases with hyperlipoidemia were divided into two groups randomly, 60 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with Xuezhikang, and control group was treated with simvastatin. A treatment course was 8 weeks. Results] The effective rate of treatment group was 71.7%, and the effective rate of control group was 75%. There was no significant difference between treatment group and control group (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, blood lipid regulation in the treatment group of decreasing of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and increasing of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion] Xuezhikang treatment of hyperlipidemia is better.
