| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨外周血单个核细胞表达免疫介质细胞分化抗原40(CD40)及其配体CD40L与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的关系.方法 采用间接免疫荧光流式细胞术和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定ACS组(23例)、稳定性心绞痛(SA)组(16例)和对照组(15例)3组外周血单个核细胞表达CD40、CD40L和血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平.结果 ACS组外周血单个核细胞表达CD40平均荧光强度(MFI)19.12±4.96明显较SA组9.99±2.55和对照组11.50±2.21高,3组相比差异有统计学意义(F=34.137,P＜0.05).ACS组CD40L MFI 0.21±0.27与SA组0.10±0.18、对照组0.19±0.25相比差异无统计学意义(F=1.047,均P＞0.05).ACS组血清CRP水平(12.07±15.83)mg/ml与SA组(1.58±1.19)mg/ml、对照组(1.43±1.10)mg/ml相比差异有统计学意义(F=3.854,P＜0.05).CD40与CRP之间呈显著相关性(r=0.406,P＜0.05).结论 ACS患者外周血单个核细胞CD40表达增高,可能是冠状动脉粥样硬化病变活动性的血清学标志物.
