| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经盲肠回肠置管造口术在预防直肠癌术后吻合口漏中的作用.方法对91例直肠前切除病人术中行经盲肠回肠置管造口术,并观察其术后吻合口漏的发生率.结果术后每例每24小时造瘘管流量平均为228.5ml(10～3300ml),置管时间平均为9.5天(9～16天).经造瘘管造影显示20例中有4例的球囊被排入结肠.术后发生吻合口漏1例(1.09%).结论经盲肠回肠置管造口术可预防和治疗术后吻合口漏的作用.

| Abstract: | jective To explore the effects of preventing anastomosis leakage in per-caecum ileostomy with Foley's tube after rectal anterior resection. Methods Total 91 patients with rectal anterior resection were received per caecum ileostomy with Foley's tube during the operation and observed the incidence of anastomosis leakage after operation. Results The mean drain was 228.5ml (range 10 to 3300ml ) in 24 hours and kept on the ileostomy with Foley's tube mean 9.5 days (range 9 to 16 days). Of 20 patiens with the radiograph, four showed the balloon of the Foley's tube had passed into colon. One patient developed anastomotic leakage (1.09%). Conclusion Anastomosis leakage after rectal anterioi resection could be prevented and treated by per-caecum ileostomy with Foley's tube. |
