浅谈大学新生不适应现象及解决对策

从学习环境、生活环境、人际交往、心理调适四个方面深入分析了新生进入大学后出现的不适应现象,从家庭、学校、社会、自身等方面分析了新生出现不适应现象的基本原因,以便对新生进行有针对性的教育及引导。使新生尽快适应大学生活的对策是教育、引导新生学会自我学习、学会生活、学会人际交往、学会心理调适。同时,也迫切需要大学教育工作者及时的了解、分析、掌握大学新生所存在的不适应现象,帮助大学新生尽快适应大学生活,促进当代大学生健康的成长、成才。

Discussion of Freshmen''''s Maladjustment and Countermeasures

This article aims at making an in-depth analysis of freshmen's maladjustment after their entering the college in 4 aspects: learning environment,living environment,interpersonal communication and psychological adjustment,so as to provide pertinent education and guidance to freshmen.It analyzes the basic causes of their maladjustment from such aspects as family,the college,society and the students themselves.The way of helping the students to adapt themselves to the college life is to educate and guide them in learning how to study by themselves,how to live,how to deal with interpersonal communication,and how to achieve psychological adjustment.Meanwhile,college teachers should learn and analyze maladjustment among freshmen,and help them adapt to the college life as soon as possible and grow into mature and talented personnel.
