精神科护士焦虑状态与工作压力源的调查研究

目的了解本院精神科护士心理状况及与工作压力源之间的关系，并提出相应对策。方法采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、护士工作压力源量表对护士进行问卷调查。结果研究组焦虑总分均值与全国常模比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；焦虑总分均值与护理工作压力源的5个方面中工作量及时间分配问题、护理专业及工作方面的问题、管理及人际关系方面的问题都有显著的相关（P〈0．01和P〈0．05）。结论精神科护士普遍存在焦虑情绪，护理管理者应该切实关注他们的工作压力，努力消除引起压力的因素或压力源，如提高护理人员的福利待遇和社会地位，多为护理人员创造晋升、进修、升职、评先等机会，努力改变因护理职业本身造成的心理压力，合理排班等，尽最大努力减轻他们的焦虑情绪。

Occupation anxiety and related job stress factor of psychiatric nurses

Objective To explore the mental health condition of psychiatric nurses who have worked in NO 6 People＇s Hospital of Hebei province and correlation between mental health condition and work stress resource. Methods 84 subjects were assessed with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）, Nurses Work Stress Resource Scale. Results The scores of SAS of subjects were significantly higher than those of the countrywide normalization （P〈0.05）, The total scores were related with workload,assignment of the worktime, nursing profession and work of the problems. Conclusion More nurses are bored with anxiety, the pressure source mainly comes from workload and assignment of the worktime, it represents concretely that nurse＇s quantity is little, not the nursing work too many etc.
