食管癌组织中p53基因蛋白过度表达及其临床意义

目的 研究食管癌及癌周组织中p53基因蛋白表达情况及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学ABC法，检测了60例食管癌组织及癌旁非典型增生组织和正常食管粘膜组织中p53基因蛋白表达情况，并结合肿瘤的分化程度等病理特点进行了分析。结果 p53基因蛋白过度表达的阳性率高分化组(73．3％)与中分化组(95．0％)、低分化组(100．0％)之间有极显著性差异(P＜0．01)，而在食管癌组织(85．0％)与非典型增生组织(76．7％)之间无显著性差异(P＞0．05)。结论 p53蛋白的检测可为食管癌的早期诊断及判断食管癌恶性程度提供参考，对食管癌的诊治具有临床指导意义。

Overexpression of p53 gene-protein and its clinical signicance in esophagealcarcinoma

Objective To study the expression of p53 gene-protein in esophageal carcinoma and its surrounding tissue and clinical significance. Methods By using imrnunohistochemistrical ABC assay, expression of p53 gene-protein was detected in 60 samples of esophageal carcinoma, surrounding atypical hyperplasia and normal esophageal mucosal tissue, and the pathological features as differentiation of esophageal carcinoma were analyzed. Results The positive rate of overexpression of p53 gene-protein in the well differentiated group, moderately differentiated group and poor differentiated group was 73.3 % , 95.0 % and 100.0 % respectively (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between esophageal carcinoma tissue (85.0 %) and atypical hyperplasia tissue (76.7 %, P>0.05). Conclusion p53 gene-protein may be regarded as a useful index in determining the malignant degree of esophageal carcinoma. p53 mutation and the overexpression of p53 gene-protein not only exist in the invasive stage, but also play some role in the early stage of esophageal carcinoma.
