静脉注射小剂量艾司洛尔预防围拔管期心血管不良反应的研究

目的观察术毕静脉注射艾司洛尔预防气管导管拔管期心血管不良反应的效果。方法选择 60例择期食道癌根治手术患者 ,ASAⅠ -Ⅱ级 ,无呼吸系统和心血管系统并发症。随机分为实验组 (Ⅰ组 ,于围拔管期静脉注射艾司洛尔 0 5mg/kg)和对照组 (Ⅱ组 ,于围拔管期不用任何药物 ) ,术毕待患者达到气管拔管标准后给予拔管。结果两组间年龄、性别、身高、体重、手术时间均无统计学差异。气管导管围拔管期Ⅱ组的SBP、DBP、HR比Ⅰ组分别均显著增加 (P≤ 0 0 1)。结论静脉注射艾司洛尔可有效预防围拔管期心血管不良反应

The use of esmolol to prevent the adverse cardiovascular response during tracheal extubation

Objective To observe the preventive effect of esmolol on the adverse cardiovascular responses during extubation. Methods Sixty ASA gradeⅠ-Ⅱselective esophageal cancer patients without respiration and cardiovascular system complication were selected and randomly divided into two groups(n=30). Group Ⅰ (observing group) were received esmolol 0.5 mg/kg I.v. during exmbation period, and group Ⅱ (control group) were received nothing during extubation.Results No significant difference in age,sex,height,body weight and operation time between the two groups. SBP, DBP, HR during extubation period were raised respectively in group Ⅱcompared with those in group Ⅰ (P≤0.01). Conclusion The i.v:esmolol 0.5 mg/kg seems available for the restrain of haemodynamic response during extubation.
