脑出血早期康复干预的安全性及对预后的影响

目的：探讨中西结合的康复疗法对脑出血偏瘫患者早期干预的安全性及对生存质量的影响。方法：66例病情稳定的脑出血偏瘫患者分为2组均进行运动疗法，观察组患者加上点穴疗法。康复治疗4周及随访3月个后2组进行疗效比较。结果：康复治疗后观察组在Brunnstrom评定、Fugl-Meyer(FMA)分、神经功能缺损评分减少方面均明显优于对照组。2组康复治疗期间均无不良反应。结论：点穴与运动疗法早期干预对脑出血偏瘫患者的康复治疗是安全有效的，且优于单一的运动疗法。

Safety of Early Rehabilitation Intervention on Cerebral Hemorrhage and Its Effect on Prognosis

Objective: To investigate the safety of early intervention by rehabilitation therapy with Chinese and Western medicine on hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage and the effect on the quality of life. Methods: Sixty six hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups both undergoing motor exercise. Besides, the patients in the observation group were subjected to point therapy. After the rehabilitation treatment for 4 weeks and 3 months of follow up, the effectiveness was compared between the two groups. Results: After rehabilitation treatment, the observation group in Brunnstrom assessment, FMA scores and nerve function defect score was superior to control group. No side effects occurred during the period of rehabilitation treatment in both two groups. Conclusion: Early intervention by point therapy combined with motor therapy is safe for the rehabilitation treatment in the hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and its effectiveness is superior to that of motor therapy alone.
