穴位按摩在新生儿抚触中应用的效果评价

目的:探讨提高新生儿抚触效果的方法,为婴儿卫生保健工作提供借鉴。方法:将184例健康新生儿随机设为技改组90例和对照组94例。技改组在实施抚触常规方法的基础上增加小儿穴位和特定部位的按摩,对照组实施抚触常规方法。自设评价指标,采用观察法行对比研究。结果:技改组的各项评价指标均优于对照组,新生儿1天睡眠总时间、摄奶量、体重等差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改进的新生儿抚触技术更符合新生儿的安全舒适需要,能提高新生儿的应激能力,促进新生儿的正常生长发育,更有利于新生儿的神经运动发育。

Evaluation of application effect of point massage in neonatal touching

Objective:To explore the methods to improve the effect of neonatal touching,provide reference for infantile health care.Methods:A total of 184 healthy neonates were divided into experimental group(90 neonates) and control group(94 neonates) randomly.The neonates in experimental group were treated with point massage and massage of special points on the basis of conventional touching method,while the neonates in control group were treated with conventional touching method.The evaluation indexes were designed,and comparative study was performed by observation method.Results:The evaluation indexes in experimental group were better than those in control group,there was significant difference in the total sleeping time in a day,the intake dose of breast milk,and body weight between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved neonatal touching techniques are more suitable for safe and comfortable demands of the neonates,which can improve the stress capability of neonates,promote the normal growth and development of the neonates,and the methods are more helpful to neuro-motor development of neonates.
