云南怒江州4个少数民族0～6岁儿童“小儿四病”的调查

目的:了解云南省怒江州4个特有的少数民族6岁以下儿童的体格发育情况,对怒江州四县四民族的0～6岁儿童进行急性呼吸道感染(ARI)、反复呼吸道感染(RRI)、腹泻(CDD)贫血、营养不良进行调查,为儿童高发疾病的防治提供依据。方法:采用典型调查的方法对云南省怒江州4个特有的少数民族6岁以下儿童进行体格发育调查,体格发育测量方法按全国九市儿童体格发育调查方案。结果:怒江州"小儿四病"发生率均高于云南省和全国,低体重率高于2002年全国营养调查的3.4倍,发育迟缓2.2倍,消瘦7.1倍。结论:"小儿四病"在云南省怒江州6岁以下儿童中属高发疾病,其高发的原因可能与地理因素和社会因素的影响有关。

Investigation on "four pediatric diseases" among 0-6-year-old children of four kinds of nationalities in Nujiang Lisu autonomous prefecture,Yunnan province

Objective:To understand the physical development of the children under six years of four kinds of unique nationalities in Nujiang Lisu autonomous prefecture of Yunnan province,investigate the prevalences of acute respiratory infection(ARI),recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRI),diarrhea,anemia,and malnutrition among the children from four counties of Nujiang Lisu autonomous prefecture,provide a basis for prevention and treatment of the diseases with high prevalences among children.Methods:Typical investigation method was used to survey the physical development of the children under six years of four kinds of unique nationalities in Nujiang Lisu autonomous prefecture of Yunnan province,physical development was measured according to children’s physical development investigation scheme in nine cities of China.Results:The incidences of " four pediatric diseases" in Nujiang Lisu autonomous prefecture were higher than those in Yunnan province and the whole country.The incidences of low weight,growth retardation,and emaciation in Nujiang Lisu autonomous prefecture were 3.4 times,2.2 times,and 7.1 times higher than the results of nationwide nutritional investigation in 2002,respectively.Conclusion:" Four pediatric diseases" are the diseases with high prevalences among the children under six years in Nujiang Lisu autonomous prefecture of Yunnan province,the causes may be related to geographic factors and social factors.
