摘    要:目的:探讨CXC族趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)和CC族趋化因子受体7(CCR7)在宫颈癌中的表达及意义。方法:选择2006年1月~2007年1月淮北市矿工总医院69例宫颈癌组织标本作为病例组,以20例正常宫颈组织作为观察组,应用免疫组织化学技术检测两组CXCR4和CCR7的表达,并分析不同临床病理特征中表达的差异。结果:观察组中CXCR4和CCR7的表达阳性率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),CXCR4表达与宫颈癌患者的淋巴结转移密切相关,CXCR4表达与宫颈癌患者的FIGO分期、肿瘤大小、肌层浸润深度、组织病理类型、阴道浸润、子宫旁浸润无关。CCR7的表达与宫颈癌患者的FIGO分期、肿瘤大小、肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01)。结论:宫颈癌中CXCR4和CCR7异常表达,二者在宫颈癌淋巴转移中发挥重要作用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the expression of the CXC chemokine receptor-4(CXCR4) and CC chemokine receptor-7(CCR7)in cervical cancer and its significance.Methods:Sixty-nine cases with cervical cancer specimens were collected as observation group,twenty cases of normal cervical tissues were collected as control group,then to analyze the expressions of CXCR4 and CCR7 in the two groups by immunohistochemical,differences of expression in its different clinical and pathological features.Results:The expression positive rates of CXCR4 and CCR7 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The expression of CXCR4 was closely related to lymph node metastasis in patients with cervical cancer,but was not related to FIGO staging in patients with cervical cancer,tumor size,depth of myometrial invasion,lymph node metastasis and so on.Conclusion:CXCR4 and CCR7 play an important role in abnormal expression in patients with cervical cancer.
